Wear the belt over your pants, but under your shirt. When running, your arm swing may move your shirt and also cause your belt to move.
Test to see if you find the belt more comfortable in the front or back of your body- they are designed to work both ways. For those of us with larger hips, the main pocket tends to be most comfortable in the front (as it sits lower than the buckle). Play around with various placements to find out what works best for you!

For our phone and sunglasses add-ons, open the VELCRO closure and position wherever feels most comfortable. Fold the VELCRO closure to secure the add-on and fine-tune the position if necessary.
For defective products:
Fitletic thoroughly inspects all products before leaving the factory. However, Fitletic accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 90 days of purchase (with receipt or original invoice). Product can be exchanged for replacement of same item or returned for credit toward other Fitletic items. You may also make a return and be refunded the original purchase price (less shipping, handling, and any promotional discounts).
For unused products:
Fitletic accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within 60 days of purchase.
Products must have original tags and packaging. Returns will be fully refunded excluding shipping costs and any promotional discounts.
For used products:
Fitletic does not accept returns on used products for a refund or an exchange unless it is deemed defective within 90 days of purchase. Product will be exchanged for the same item. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. However, if you do have an issue, please contact us to evaluate your particular case and determine the appropriate solution.
When Will I Get Credit for My Return?
Received returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
So here is the process…..
1) Contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Include in email: name, issue and purchase date
3) We will provide you with a Return Form that needs to be completed and mailed back to us along with the product. If you are returning a defective product, we will also provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
S/M – 24” – 36” waist
L/XL – 29” – 42” waist
S/M – Up to 12″
L/XL – Up to 17″
All other belts will fit from 24” to 44” waist
