Naturally, we want you to be thrilled with every purchase. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Defective Products

Fitletic inspects & stands behind all of our products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, we will accept it for return if it is deemed defective within 60 days of purchase. Product can be returned for replacement or credit (with receipt or original invoice).Only items that have been purchased directly from our website can be reviewed. Fitletic products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Unused Products

Fitletic will issue a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Unused merchandise received after 30 days from the order date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. Only items that have been purchased directly from our website can be returned. Fitletic products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Used Products

Fitletic does not accept back used products for a refund or an exchange unless it is deemed defective within 60 days of purchase. Product will be exchanged for the same item.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Only items that have been purchased directly from our website can be reviewed. Fitletic products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. However, if you do have an issue, please contact us as we will try our best to evaluate your particular case.

Process for Returns

Received returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
So here is the process…..
1)      Contact us: info@fitletic.com
2)      Include in email: name, order number, issue and purchase date
3)      We will provide you with a Return Form that needs to be completed and mailed back to us along with the product.

Please note returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form.
