When you place an order on Fitletic.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.
In stock items are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends, holidays or special promotions). Please note that Fitletic does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
We use FedEx Express (Guaranteed) and USPS (delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed). For NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY deliveries, orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday).Orders placed after 5 pm EST begin processing the next business day.
We are not responsible for domestic or International packages that are lost, damaged or stolen.
Trackable orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO/FPO and Puerto Rico Addresses.
Naturally, we want you to be thrilled with every purchase. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. In the event an item is shipped incorrect from our warehouse we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. However, all customers are responsible for any return shipping cost for any other reason. In the event a claim has been made of receiving incorrect goods and this does not seem to be the case, the customer will be held for shipping cost and it will be deducted from their refund. (US Orders Only).
International orders may take anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. International First Class orders are not trackable after leaving the US borders.
If you would like to pay for registered mail so that you are able to track the package, please place a phone order (866.334.3960)with one of our customer service representatives during our office hours or email for rate information. Rates vary depending on country and size of order.
International orders may be subject to clearance procedures and/or duties fees. If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates as well
