Roxanne is based in Canada. She’s a mother and a grandmother. This year she is celebrating her 20th anniversary as a runner. She started running when she was 30 and now, she’ll be 50 soon!
Running set her free from many things including many years of struggling with an eating disorder and poor self-image. It has shown her how strong and capable she is to love and take care of herself.
She has a few ultra-races coming up, including Sinister 7 a 50-mile race, Trans Rockies 6-day stage race, and the Golden Ultra 3-day stage race.
Active Lifestyle
She became a fitness leader and running coach so that she could inspire and empower women to take control of their lives by putting themselves first by looking after their health and well-being.
